None present for the petitioner. 2. Petitioner has challenged judgment and order dated 04.08.2018 passed by 1st Additional District Judge, Roorkee, District Haridwar in Misc. Civil Appeal No. 68 of 2017. He has also challenged the order dated 06.11.2017 passed by 2nd Additional Civil Judge (J.D.), Roorkee, District Haridwar in Original Suit No. 51 of 2017. 3. It is not in dispute that an interlocutory order passed by trial court was challenged by petitioner in miscellaneous appeal. 4. As per information received from 2nd Additional Civil Judge (J.D.), Roorkee, District Haridwar vide letter dated 12.06.2026, Original Suit No. 51 of 2017 was dismissed on 08.03.2019. 5. Since the suit itself has been decided finally, therefore, the challenge to the interlocutory order passed in that suit, and also the judgment rendered in miscellaneous appeal, filed by petitioner, do not survive. 6.
