When the matter is called, learned counsel for the petitioners has handed over a written instruction dated February 18, 2026 wherein the petitioners have informed the learned advocate on record of the 2 petitioners that the petitioners are not intending to proceed with the matters. 3. Accordingly in terms of the written instruction, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the writ applications. 4. Let the written instruction be kept with the record. 5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and the written instruction dated February 18, 2026, the WPA 3358 of 2026, WPA 3359 of 2026, WPA 3360 of 2026, WPA 3362 of 2026, WPA 3365 of 2026, WPA 3368 of 2026, WPA 3375 of 2026 and WPA 3510 of 2026 are dismissed as withdrawn. 6. The written instruction also indicates that WPA 3364 of 2026 (Mahabir Banka & Ors. Vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.) but the said writ petition is not listed today, the learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that he has also the instruction to withdraw the said writ application in terms of the written instruction.
