Pabin, learned counsel for the applicant, who has filed this application for modification of the bail conditions passed vide orders dated 08.06.2026 in bail applications being BA No.40(AP)/2026 and BA No.41(AP)/2026. 2. Heard Ms L. Hage, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Page No.# 2/3 3. The petitioners were granted bail vide orders dated 08.06.2026 in the bail applications being BA No.40(AP)/2026 and BA No.41(AP)/2026 arising out of Aalo P.S. Case No.59/2025 under Section 324(3) /324(4) /324(5) / 331(4) /305(e)/62 of the BNS, 2023. The petitioners were granted bail of Rs.50,000/- by furnishing a suitable 2(two) local sureties, one being a Government surety. 4. It is stated the petitioners have been behind bars and they are unable to produce any suitable sureties in compliance of the orders dated 08.06.2026. It is further submitted that the petitioners being residents of the State of Uttar Pradesh do not have any relatives in the State of Arunachal Pradesh but they have distant relatives in the State of Assam and they are only acquainted with one person from the State of Arunachal Pradesh. The petitioners have also prayed for reducing the bail amount. 5. Ms L. Hage, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has raised objection as the petitioners are from the State of Uttar Pradesh and they may jump the bail. 6. I have considered the submissions that the petitioners have distant relatives in the State of Assam. Thereby, the orders dated 08.06.2026 passed in the bail applications being BA No.40(AP)/2026 and BA No.41(AP)/2026 are modified and the petitioners are enlarged on bail of Rs.30,000/- each with 2(two) suitable sureties of like amount, one being a local surety and the another surety from the State of Assam. 7.
