The petitioner is seeking regular bail, in connection with Hindpiri P.S. Case No. 76 of 2025, registered under Sections 20 (b)(ii), 20 (b), 21 (b) of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Commissioner cum Special Judge, NDPS, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegations are made that from the possession of the petitioner 37.91 gram of brown sugar was recovered, which is intermediary in quantity. He also submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedents as disclosed in para 9 of the petition and the petitioner is in custody since 19/10/2025. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the state opposed the prayer and submits that from the possession of the petitioner recovery is there. 5. Considering that the said recovery is intermediary in quantity and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedents as disclosed in para 9 of the petition and further the petitioner is in custody since 2026:JHHC:1128 2 19/10/2025, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Commissioner cum Special Judge, NDPS, Ranchi, in connection with Hindpiri P.S.
