This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of a suit for eviction filed by the petitioner being Title Suit No. 178 of 2022 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), at Nabadwip. 2. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed by this Court, direction for prior service of notice along with a copy of the revisional application on the opposite party is not being made, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite party within a week from date. 3. Having heard the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner and having perused the material- on-record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Trial Court to dispose of the suit being Title Suit No. 178 of 2022 as expeditiously as the business of the learned Court would permit, without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 2 4. C.O. 743 of 2026 stands disposed of. No costs. 5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
