THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE BATTU DEVANAND WRIT PETITION No.7408 of 2026
ORDER:
1. This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondent Nos.1 to 3 in continuing the Look Out Circular issued against the petitioner, Mr.Bellam Ravichandra (Passport No.Z4187739), pursuant to FIR.No.RC0782021E00005,dated 13.12.2021, as illegal arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently, prayed to set-aside the same.
2. During the course of hearing of this case, learned Standing Counsel for the Central Government and Mr.S.Dilip Jaya Ram,
learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.5, on instructions, would submit that the Look Out Circular issued against the petitioner was deleted on 17.04.2026 basing on the letter, dated 17.04.2026 sent by the respondent No.5 i.e., the Union Bank of India.
3. Mr.N.Subba Rao, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, also endorsed the same.
4. In view of the above factual position, in our considered view, no further adjudication is required in this present Writ Petition.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.

6. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
