Mr. Sushant Vir Singh Thakur, Advocate for the respondent. By way of the present application, a prayer has been made to extend the time to comply with the judgment dated 29.12.2025. In view of the compromise, having taken place, between the parties, the main petition was decided by this Court vide order dated 29.12.2025, by directing the petitioner to deposit 7.5% of the cheque amount, as compounding fee, within a period of six weeks from the said date. The said direction has not been complied with. In view of the averments made in the application and in view of no objection made by learned counsel for the respondent, the application is allowed. Let the directions, in the judgment dated 29.12.2025, be complied with, within a period of seven days from today. If the judgment dated 29.12.2025, is complied with, within seven days, then, the same shall be deemed to have been due compliance, failing which, the consequences, as ordered, in the said judgment, shall ensue.
