At the stage of admission, this Court has not granted any interim order in the instant lis. 3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondent-State on written instructions submits that the police referred the FIR in Crime No.266 of 2023 of Martur Police Station, Bapatla District as “Civil in nature” vide C.No.391/SDPO-Ref-Bpl- 2025 dated 30.09.2025. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner also concedes with the submission made by learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 4 5. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is closed. However, it is made clear that all the remedies are left open to the respective parties to proceed in accordance with the law.
