It was represented by the learned counsel for the appellant that the execution petition had filed by the respondents to execute the decree passed by the Trial Court and that the said Execution Petition was terminated by the Trial Court, as the appellant paid the decretal amount to the respondents, in view of the compromise arrived between both the parties. 3. Sri Mahadeva Kanthrigala, learned counsel appearing for the respondents also asserted the same. He further contends that the appeal suit has become infructuous. 4. Recording the same, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
