(Oral) The prayer in these petitions under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.299 dated 16.09.2025 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 109(1), 115, 118(1), 190, 191(3), 351(2) of BNS, 2023 (in the impugned order, mentioned as 190, KUSUM 2026.03.13 16:22 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document PHHC Chandigarh CRM-M-64011-2025 & another connected matter -2- 191(3), 115(2), 118(1), 109 and 351(2) BNS, 2023) registered at Police Station Naraingarh, District Ambala. Learned Counsels for the petitioners contend that though the petitioners have been attributed grievous injuries, both of them are juveniles. They have also joined the investigation, which fact has not been denied by the counsel for the State. The learned counsel for the complainant, on the other hand, contends that the petitioners have been attributed grievous injuruies, and therefore, they are not entitled to grant the concession of anticipatory bail. I have heard learned counsels for the parties. Admittedly, the petitioners are juveniles. They have joined the investigation. As such, their custodial interrogation at this stage is not required. In this view of the matter, interim orders dated 12.01.2026 (passed in CRM-M-64011-2025) and 23.12.2025 (passed in CRM-M- 69290-2025) are made absolute. However, the petitioners shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and they shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of BNSS. Petitions stand disposed of. A photocopy of this order be placed on the file of the connected case.
