That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ by quashing the order of 13.01.2026 passed by the Additional Collector in appeal no. 202511280300016/2802/APL of the year 2025-26 by upholding the order dated 27.11.2025 passed by the S.D.O(R) Pendra, in the interest of justice and further the respondent no.5 be directed to deposit the remaining bid amount within stipulated time. 10.2 That, till pendancy of the petition, the respondent no.5 may be restrained from collecting market fee I,e goat market and petitioner may be allowed to collect the same in the interest of justice. 10.3 Any other relief, which may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be allowed.
