This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of an application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure filed by the opposite party in Title Suit No. 643 of 2023 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Hooghly. 2. Having regard to the nature of the order proposed to be passed, no direction for prior service of a copy of the revisional application along with notice on the opposite party is being passed. However, the petitioner shall be obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order on the opposite parties within a week from date. 3. Since application for injunction under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure has been pending since 2023 and it has been submitted by the petitioner that the order of injunction is operating against the petitioner, the learned Trial Court is requested to dispose of the application for injunction as expeditiously as possible preferably 2 within a period of six months from the next date fixed. 4.
