Pursuant to the orders passed in this writ petition from time to time, learned Assistant Advocate General during hearing of the case on 19.05.2026, placed on record instructions dated 19.05.2026 from the Executive Engineer, HPPWD B&R Division, Rampur Bushehar and on that basis submitted that due & admissible payment to the 1 Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes 2 petitioner has now been released in his favour. That the petitioner was awarded work amounting to Rs.76,61,007/-. He executed the work amounting to Rs.74,50,522/-. An amount of Rs.70,85,962/- has been paid to the petitioner after statutory deduction. Further, a sum of Rs.1,12,000/- has been withheld on account of repairs to be carried out in the pot holes that have developed on the executed work. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner acknowledges the above position. In view of above instructions, no further order is required to be passed in the matter. The writ petition to accordingly stand disposed of alongwith pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
