In the present Writ Petition, the Petitioner being the married daughter is seeking for compassionate appointment on account of death of her mother. 2. In the Writ affidavit, there are no details of her husband nor any details of the terminal benefits paid by the department. 3. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with a request to grant liberty to the Writ Petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition specifying all the particulars. 4. Permission is accorded. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to the Petitioner to file Writ Petition afresh with all the particulars. 6.
