1. Instant writ petition has been filed by petitioner, feeling aggrieved by the order of suspension dated 20.04.2026, which is accompanied with memo of charge-sheet, and there is no breach of Order No. 35(vi) of the Rajasthan State Transport Workers & Workshop Employees Standing Orders, 1965, hence, considering the reasons assigned in the impugned order, for placing the petitioner under suspension, counsel for petitioner does not press this writ petition at this stage and seeks permission to make a Representation before the respondents-Corporation, for revocation of his suspension or at least for change of Headquarter.

2. In view of above, without interfering with the impugned
order dated 20.04.2026, instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
