Counsel for applicant undertakes to file fresh and correct notice of respondents, soon after restoration of the writ petition. 4 Taking into consideration reasons mentioned in the application and undertaking of counsel for applicant to file the fresh and correct notices, this Court deems it just and proper to allow the instant restoration application. 4.
