Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though, on the one hand, the land of the petitioner has been released as per the order passed by this Court; however, on the very same date, the concerned opposite party has cancelled the long standing Jamabandi which is against the settled proposition of law. 3. Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, since the impugned order has been passed with regard to cancellation of long Jamabandi which is a fresh cause of action, accordingly, the petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the impugned order, whereby his long standing Jamabandi has been cancelled. 4.
