Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.1 Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to forthwith issue the pension payment order (PPO) in favour of petitioner and release his regular monthly pension along with arrears, if any. PAWAN KUMAR JHA Digitally signed by PAWAN KUMAR JHA 2 / 2 10.2 Direct the respondents to release the petitioner’s gratuity forthwith, within a time bound period. 10.3 Direct payment of interest on the delayed payment of pension and gratuity at such rate as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit. 10.4 Pass any other order or direction as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner fairly submits that after filing of this writ petition, petitioner has been paid 90% of the gratuity amount and 90% of the anticipatory pension. He however submits that in view of the subsequent developments, petitioner may be permitted to submit fresh representation before the respondents-authorities and respondents-authorities be directed to consider and take decision on the representation for payment of entire retiral dues within specified time. 3. Learned State counsel submits that he is having no objection to the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner. If petitioner submits representation, it will be considered in accordance with law. 4. On due consideration of the submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties, this writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit fresh representation before the appropriate authorities and if such a representation is submitted the concerned authorities shall consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a further period of 03 months from the date of receipt of representation. 5.
