That a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No. 1 & 2 not to eject or demolish the premises of the petitioner i.e., Shop No.53, Jail Road, Mandi, District Mandi, H.P. b. Issue a writ of mandamus directing respondents No. 1 & 2 to follow the principle of natural justice and provide the petitioner with the reasons of eviction/demolition of Shop No.53, Jail Road, Mandi, District Mandi, H.P. and further affording an opportunity to the petitioner to present his stance to the respondents. c.
