Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the petitioner's case for its kind perusal. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the concerned 2 / 2 respondent authority/res. no.3 to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner for setting aside the termination order dated 28.04.2014. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the concerned respondent authorities to decide the application for deciding the appeal filed by the petitioner within stipulated period. 10.4 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief/relief's in favour of the petitioner, which the Hon'ble Court deemed fit & just in the facts and circumstances of the case..” 2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already submitted an appeal against the order passed by the disciplinary authority dated 17.09.2017, however, till date the appeal has not been decided. At this stage, direction be issued to respondent No. 3 to consider and take decision on the appeal forwarded by the office of respondent No. 2 vide covering letter dated 31.10.2017, at the earliest, within specified time frame. 3. Counsel for the State submits that from the date of the appeal, it appears that it might have been decided, however, he submits that if the appeal is still pending, it will be considered, in accordance with law. 4. On due consideration of submission of counsel for the respective parties, the writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent No. 3 to take decision on the appeal submitted by the petitioner against the order of the disciplinary authority, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of three months from the date of receipt of the Order. 5.
