The list of Institutes was handed over to the learned Advocate for the petitioner. 3. The petitioner is personally present in Court and she selects the Institute- Burdwan Medical College for the course M.S. (ENT). 4. As a vacancy in the scheduled caste category has been identified where the petitioner is agreeable to pursue her course, accordingly, the Committee is 2 directed to take necessary follow up steps so that the petitioner can take admission in the said course. 5. The National Medical Commission and the Medical Counselling Committee shall take necessary steps to conclude the formalities for admission of the petitioner in the said course. 6. Burdwan Medical College is directed to take steps in terms of the order passed hereinabove and ensure that the petitioner gets admission in the course that she has chosen. 7.
