Heard Mr. Arvind Kumar Choudhary, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner is an accused in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 169 of 2025.
It has been alleged that on a raid conducted by the police, several accused persons including the petitioner were apprehended. They were suspected to be involved in cybercrime. From the possession of the petitioner, two mobiles and one SIM card were recovered. The petitioner appears to be in custody since 17.12.2025.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he has no criminal antecedent.
Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is
directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime Cases, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 169 of 2025.
