JUSTICE DEVASHIS BARUAH ORDER 12.06.2026 This is an application filed by the applicants, who seeks impleadment as the respondent Nos. 5 and 6 to the accompanying writ petition being WP(C)No.120/2026 on the ground that the applicants were the objectors to the license which has been issued to the writ petitioner and the petitioner has not impleaded them in the accompanying writ petition. 2. Taking into account the above, it is the opinion of this Court that the applicants in the instant application are necessary parties to the accompanying writ petition, more particularly, as specific allegations have been leveled against the applicants. 3. In that view of the matter, this Court allows the instant application by impleading the applicants to the accompanying writ petition as respondent Nos.5 and 6. 4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is directed to file a fresh memo of parties before the Registry of this Court within 7(seven) days Page No.# 4/4 from today and the Registry on the basis of the instant order and the fresh memo of parties shall make necessary corrections in the cause-title of the accompanying writ petition and update the same in the CIS. 5.
