This I.A. has been filed for modification of the order dated 27.04.2026 passed in W.P.(C) No.7333 of 2026. 2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the said order, in paragraph 5, the “disengagement order dated 02.01.2019” has been erroneously mentioned instead of “disengagement order dated 31.12.2022”. It is further submitted that “Opposite Party No.3, i.e., the Collector-cum-Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Mayurbhanj” has been wrongly mentioned instead of “Opposite Party No.2, i.e., the Collector-cum-Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Ganjam”. 3. Considering the above, the order dated 27.04.2026 is modified to the extent that in paragraph 5, “disengagement order dated 02.01.2019” shall be read as “disengagement order dated 31.12.2022”, and “Opposite Party No.3, i.e., Collector-cum-Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Mayurbhanj” shall be read as p. 2 “Opposite Party No.2, i.e., Collector-cum-Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Ganjam”. 4.
