The petitioner is an accused in S.T. Case No. 548 of 2025, arising out of Jamua P.S. Case No. 102/2025, corresponding to G.R No. 1843 of 2025. It has been alleged that a bag containing cash and Jewelry of the informant and his brother were snatched by some unknown persons. The petitioner has been implicated on his self- confession and two country made pistols were recovered from his possession. The petitioner is in custody since 14.06.2025. Regard being had to the period of custody, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Giridih in S.T.
