Ms. Prabhsahay Kaur, learned counsel appears for the respondent Delhi Development Authority (DDA). She, on instructions, submits that Khasra No. 289-290 of Village Mandoli, Delhi is being demarcated and the DDA shall undertake the necessary exercise of erecting the boundary walls. 3. The Court, thus, deems it appropriate to dispose of the instant writ petition granting liberty to the DDA to take necessary exercise in order to demarcate the Khasra No. 289-290 and to erect the boundary walls. 4. With the aforesaid directions, the petition, along with pending applications, stands disposed of. 5. If the petitioners’ grievance is not mitigated, they shall be at liberty to take appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
