He has already settled his dispute with respondent no. 4 and the learned counsel for the applicant in MC(WP(C)) No. 637 of 2026 submits that the prayer may be allowed. [3] In the circumstances, MC(WP(C)) No. 637 of 2026 is allowed and the name of the applicant is deleted from the array of parties as petitioner no. 1 in WP(C) No. 34 of 2025 and the same writ petition will be pursued by the remaining petitioner nos. 2 & 3.
