Present applicant Vikas Kumar, S/o Vijay Pal is praying for bail in reference to FIR dated 29.04.2026, bearing FIR No. 198 of 2026, P.S. Rudrapur District Udham Singh Nagar wherein the present applicant along with Harish Shah and Omvijay have been implicated for the offences punishable under Section 143 BNS 2023 read with Section 3,4,5 and 6 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention). 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated and is in judicial custody since 29.04.2026, and, in fact, he is working as sweeper in the spa centre and he has no direct nexus with the offence as alleged. He further submits that the applicant has no previous criminal antecedent and if he is enlarged on bail he will cooperate with the ongoing investigation. He further submits that the applicant will not make any attempt to influence the witness or to make any attempt to effect the ongoing investigation. 5. On the other side, learned counsel for the State have not disputed that the applicant have no criminal history, however, he UKHC010084052026 2026:UHC:5990 submits that the investigation is still going on and the applicant is languishing in jail since 29.04.2026. 6. After hearing the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration that the applicant has no previous criminal history and is languishing in jail since 29.04.2026, therefore, this Court is of the view that the applicant deserves for bail. 7. Accordingly without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, the bail application is allowed. 8. Let the applicant Vikas Kumar be released on bail on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned subject to the following condition: (i) After being released on bail the applicant shall cooperate with the ongoing investigation. (ii) The applicant will not indulge in any such activity in future and if he is found to be indulged in any such activity, the prosecution is free to move an application for cancellation of bail.
