On behalf of the WBSEDCL, it is submitted that the application filed by the petitioner with all statutory formalities. In view of the above, WPA 3796 of 2026 stands disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to file an application afresh for an electricity connection in the statutory prescribed format. If such application is filed, the same shall be considered positively within seven days from the receipt thereof and disposed of.
