The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bengabad PS Case No.57 of 2025, for offence registered under section 126(2), 115(2), 118(1) 118(2), 109(1), 324(2), 351(1), 3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Giridih. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and there are case and counter case between the parties and both the sides have received the injury. 4. Learned State counsel as well as the learned counsel for the respondent State jointly oppose the prayer and submit that there is direct allegations of assault against the petitioner and pursuant to that the injury has been received. 5. Looking to the contents of the FIR it transpires that there is direct allegations of assault and the informant and others have received injury, and in the attending facts and circumstances of the instant case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.
