This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 in respect of Special (NDPS) Case No.28/2026 pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Jorhat. 3. The charges against the present petitioners, namely- (1) Sri Bolin Das and (2) Smti. Runu Das are yet to be framed. Moreover, one of the accused in this case is on the run. 4. Let the trial court frame charges against the present petitioners, named as above. After that, they shall be at liberty to approach this Court again for seeking bail.
