The petitioner is an accused in connection with Sundarnagar P.S. Case No. 25 of 2025, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1431 of 2025. It has been alleged that the informant and her paramour were taken by the Auto Driver to a lonely place where the Auto Driver and his two accomplices had divested them of their belongings. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 05.10.2025. It has further been submitted that charge has been framed. Learned counsel adds that the offence is triable by a Magistrate. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the period of custody of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Jamshedpur in connection with Sundarnagar P.S.
