By way of this petition, the petitioner prays for the following reliefs : 10.1 The Hon'ble Court may be kind enough to set- aside the impugned order of recovery dated 05.12.2022 passed by respondent no. 2, in the light of the facts and grounds as discussed above. 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as if may deem fit and appropriate. 10.3 Cost of the petition may also be given. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this petition, as the petitioner has an alternative efficacious remedy available under the law. Since the petitioner has not yet approached the concerned authority, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for liberty to approach the competent authority to redress his grievance. 3. Permission prayed for, is granted 4. Accordingly, the Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the petitioner.
