The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Godda (Muffasil) (Motiya O.P.) P.S. Case No. 336/2022, registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 332, 333, 337, 338, 307, 353, 504 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned C.J.M, Godda. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that pursuant to earlier order of the Co-ordinate Bench arising out of the same FIR injury report has been received and in view of injury report the injury is simple in nature. He further submits that there are general and omnibus allegations of assault against the petitioner and at the place of occurrence 200 people were assembled. He then submits that in identical situation co-accused persons have already 2026:JHHC:1243 --2-- A.B.A. No. 170 of 2026 been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No.4008 of 2025. On these grounds, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegation of assault is there. 5. Considering that injury is simple in nature and 200 people were assembled at the place of occurrence and there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons and in identical situation co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail in the aforesaid A.B.A., I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Godda in connection with Godda (Muffasil) (Motiya O.P.)
