Also heard Mr.B Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. 2. This is an application praying for correction and modification of the order dated 20.05.2026 passed in I.A.(Crl.)/529/2026 in Criminal Petition/694/2026. 3. On the basis of the prayer made by Mr. Hassan paragraph 5 of the said order stands deleted. 4. It is also directed that the bail bonds shall be furnished before the Court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tinsukia instead of Additional Sessions Judge, Tinsukia. 5. This order shall form a part of the order dated 20.05.2026 passed in I.A. (Crl.)/529/2026 in Criminal Petition/694/2026. 6. With the aforesaid direction, the IA stands disposed of accordingly.
