1. It is stated by learned counsel for the respondents that in the light of order dated 12.08.2024 passed by Division Bench of this Court in D.B. Special Appeal (Writ) No.226/2024 (Smt. Punam Soni Vs. Mahesh Chandra Soni & Ors.), cause of action for pursuing these writ petition does not survive.
2. Aforesaid fact has not been controverted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. In view of above, these writ petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous.
