This Court is not inclined to grant indulgence in the matter but, nevertheless, this Court very candidly registers a request and reminder to the court of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Jammu that no wasteful adjournments be granted to the Prosecution in the matter of advancement of arguments in the criminal case which otherwise is on the verge of verdict awaiting only the addressing of arguments from the end of the Prosecution as well the accused. 02.
