It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they are performing the religious ceremony of Dasa Dola since long in the village and for the present year the permission is not being accorded by the authority, i.e. the Sub-Collector. In this regard they have applied to the Sub-Collector at Annexure-5, which is pending consideration till date. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Sub-Collector, Kamakhyanagar (O.P. No.3) to consider the prayer of petitioners as per their representation under Annexure-5 and take decision, in accordance with law, within a period of two days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
