1. Petitioner through the medium of this petition is claiming to be owner of the land measuring 01 Kanal 06 Marlas comprising of Khasra No. 786 situated at Village Deeli out of which, land measuring 12 Marlas and the land measuring 14 Marlas, land was purchased on the strength of two separate Sale Deeds and that she has raised construction on some portion of the land in the year 2012-13 and thereafter, the petitioner raised construction of the first floor in the year 2018, for running the business requirement of her family and a tin shed, over iron angles was raised

temporarily in the year 2019 and that the respondents intend to demolish the construction raised by the petitioner, without following due course of law.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would feel satisfied in case this writ petition is disposed of, at this stage, with a direction to the respondents not to demolish the structure with building and shed of the petitioner, raised over her proprietary land comprising of Khasra No. 786 at village Deeli.
3. Since no notice is stated to have been issued, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents, to proceed in accordance with law, on finding contravention of any municipal law/rules/ regulations governing the subject.
