In view of the aforesaid submission, the first respondent is directed to implement and act upon the order dated 23.11.2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Papanasam, in Crl.M.P. No. 3363 of 2021, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
