Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- ALFIZA BAIG Digitally signed by ALFIZA BAIG Date: 2026.02.04 17:51:24 +0530 2 / 3 “10.1 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records concerning the case of the petitioner from the possession of the respondents, for its kind perusal. 10.2 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/order/direction and direct the respondent no. 3 to release the petitioner’s salary from 02.06.2022 till date, along with all consequential benefits and arrears. 10.3 Any other relief or reliefs that may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is an employee of State Bank of India and is posted at Main Branch- Jashpur on the post of Messenger. Petitioner has submitted bills towards medical claim and has also submitted application for grant of extraordinary medical leave for about 45 days and has enclosed medical certificate along with the application, however, claim of petitioner has not been considered and therefore, direction be issued to concerned authority to consider and take decision on the claim of petitioner at the earliest within a specified time frame. 3. Learned counsel for respondent no. 3 submits that as per his instructions the bill submitted by petitioner were found to be not acceptable and prays for short time to file reply. 4. Taking into consideration the pleadings made in this writ petition, the nature of grievances as raised in this writ petition and also considering that the petitioner has submitted an application for grant of extraordinary leave on the ground of medical emergency and has also enclosed medical certificates which till date is pending consideration, I am of the view that no fruitful purpose will be served in keeping this writ 3 / 3 petition pending and seeking reply from respondent no. 3, however, it will be in the interest of the parties if this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent no. 3 to consider and decide the claim of petitioner. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent no. 3 to consider and take decision on the claim/application of petitioner in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 02 months from the date of receipt of the order. 6.
