The present Writ Petition is filed seeking for a direction to Respondents to include weightage marks for MPDEA service and examination as per the draft Notification No.1/2019, dated 24.07.2019 and to direct the Respondents to revise and rectify proceedings issued in Roc.No./B/2023, dated 03.07.2023 and Proc.Roc.No.2504/B2/2020, dated 17.10.2023. 2. The Petitioner was appointed as an Animal Husbandry Assistant vide Proceedings, dated 05.10.2019 issued by Respondent No.1, pursuant to the recruitment conducted in the year 2019, and was allotted to Rythu Bharosa Kendram, Pedaparthi, Anaparthi Mandal, East Godavari District, and has been discharging his duties for the last three (03) years eight (08) months. It is stated that Notification No. 01 of 2019, dated 24.07.2019 provides for 'Service Weightage Marks' for the service rendered by him as 'Multipurpose Dairy Extension Assistant (MPDEA).' 3. As the Petitioner had worked as M.P.D.E.A. prior to the appointment as Animal Husbandry Assistant, he claims to be entitled to additional marks. Though, representations were given on 4 08.08.2023, and 18.10.2023 to that effect, the same was not being considered. While so, a provisional Seniority List, dated 03.07.2023 was issued by the Joint Director (AH), East Godavari District, without considering the representations of the Petitioner. Hence, the present Writ Petition is filed. 4. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-II submits that the representations of the Petitioner will be considered and an appropriate decision will be communicated to the Petitioner. 5. Heard the learned counsels. 6. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of, with the following directions:- i) The Respondents shall examine the representations submitted by the Petitioner on 08.08.2023, and 18.10.2023 for the grant of 'Service Weightage Marks' for the service rendered by him as 'Multipurpose Dairy Extension Assistant (MPDEA)' since 2015, as per Draft Notification No. 01 of 2019 dated 24.07.2019, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. 5 ii) There shall be no order as to costs.
