The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jorapokhar P.S. Case No.113 of 2025, for offence registered under section 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 117(2), 132, 352, 351(1) and 3(5), 3(1) of BNS, 2023 and section 27 of Arms Act, pending in court of learned J.M.F.C., Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner happened to be student of Degree College, Jharia and allegation of altercation is not against the petitioner and name of the petitioner has come on confessional statement and even the petitioner is not named in the FIR and petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in para 23. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that allegation of altercation in college campus is there. 2026:JHHC:697 2 5. Considering that petitioner happened to be student of Degree College, Jharia and he is not named in the FIR and his name has come on confessional statement, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner. 6. Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before learned court within four weeks from today, and in event of his surrender/arrest, petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned J.M.F.C., Dhanbad, in connection with Jorapokhar P.S.
