Taking into account that the claim made by the writ petitioner arises out of a project which is centrally sponsored, it is the requirement that the Union of India as well as the Brahmaputra Board ought to be made parties to the accompanying writ petition. 3. Accordingly, the following parties are impleaded as respondent Nos.4 and 5 respectively to the accompanying writ petition: (i). The Union of India, represented by the Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Jal Shakti Shram Shakti Bhawan, Rafi Marg, New Delhi 110001; (ii). The Brahmaputra Board, represented by the Chairman, Brahmaputra Board, Basistha, Guwahati, Assam 781029. 4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner shall file a fresh memo of parties before the Registry of this Court within 7(seven) days from today, and the Registry on the basis of the instant order and the fresh memo of parties shall make necessary correction in the cause-title of the accompanying writ petition and update the same in the CIS. 5.
