This Court by order dated 20.02.2026, directed the Registry to inform the party-in-person by messaging to his mobile indicating the date of ‘Preliminary Hearing’ as

3. The party-in-person absent. The petitioner is before this Court aggrieved by order dated 17.11.2025 in Application No.4700/2025 passed by the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal at Bengaluru (for short, 'the Tribunal') rejecting the prayer of the petitioner for stay of
proceedings of the enquiry case No.DPG/BEM.NA/06/2021-22.
4. Learned Additional Government Advocate on instruction would submit that before the Enquiry Officer, enquiry has already commenced and evidence of the Disciplinary Authority is completed and it is at the stage of evidence of the DGO i.e., petitioner herein.
5. No ground is made out to stay the enquiry. It is open for the petitioner to lead evidence before the Enquiry Officer and also the petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate application to summon any witness, which

shall be considered by the Enquiry Officer in accordance with law.
6. With the above, writ petition stands
