Learned Additional Government Advocate on instruction would submit that before the Enquiry Officer, enquiry has already commenced and evidence of the Disciplinary Authority is completed and it is at the stage of evidence of the DGO i.e., petitioner herein. 5. No ground is made out to stay the enquiry.
