At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner questioning the order dated 12/12/2019 (Annexure P/2) by which petitioner has been transferred from SIB, Bastar to Police Headquarters, Raipur. 2. Learned State counsel submits that petitioner may be allowed to make representation before the competent authority for redressal of his grievance. 3 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 4. Be that as it may, petitioner is allowed to make representation before the competent authority within three weeks from today which will be considered and decided by the competent authority within three weeks from the date of filing of the representation absolutely in accordance with law.
