It is almost 10 months, thereafter, the present petition has been filed. It is also to be seen that the petitioner was earlier given an opportunity to cross-examine the complainant/PW1 on more than one occasion in detail. The trial Court in the impugned order had recorded all these facts. 3.In view of the same, this Court does not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order.
