Thereafter the Tahsildar shall find out who are the legal heirs of Sri.Rajanna and proceed to enter their names after satisfying himself in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:10291 WP No. 5589 of 2026 three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
