It is submitted that during the pendency of the CSR, the parties have entered into a compromise, pursuant to which the petitioner has received the vehicle and has also given a written statement. In view of the compromise, no further proceedings can be initiated. 3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
