By filing the present application the defendant in Civil Suit No.2676 of 2022, pending in the Court of learned 2nd Addl. Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bhubaneswar has approached this Court for a direction to the learned trial Court to expedite the trial in the suit. 4. Having heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners, on a careful consideration of his submission, this Court is of the view that Page 2 of 2. several suits are pending particularly before the learned 2nd Addl. Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bhubaneswar. Therefore, no specific direction should be given in respect of a particular suit unless there are some compelling reasons. However, taking into consideration the fact that the suit is of the year 2022, the present application is being disposed of by directing the learned trial Court to make every endeavor to expedite the trial of the suit and to conclude the same as expeditiously as possible. Further, it is directed that the learned counsel for the Petitioners undertakes that the defendant No.1 shall not take any unnecessary adjournments. 6.
